The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the senior management team, responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and ensuring the effective management of all financial and accounting operations for the RM of West St. Paul. The CFO oversees all financial operations and systems while ensuring compliance with The Municipal Act and other relevant legislation. This role provides financial analysis and advice to Council, supports long-term financial sustainability, and leads the Finance Department with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The By-law Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcing municipal by-laws within the RM of West St. Paul. This position involves patrolling the community, investigating complaints, issuing tickets and warnings, and preparing documentation for legal proceedings. The Officer also supports community safety through education, outreach, and collaboration with the RCMP and other enforcement partners.

As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director collaborates with the Council, the CAO, staff, contractors, and community stakeholders to support growth and maintain a high quality of life in West St. Paul.

Temporary Equipment Operator II - 1 Position (Up to 6 months term)

Indefinite Term Equipment Operator II - 1 Position

Job Types: Temporary and Indefinite Term

Salary: As per Collective Agreement between the RM of West St. Paul and IUOE Local 987

Closing Date: September 23, 2025

Under the direction of the Public Works Foreman, the Equipment Operator II will operate both heavy and light equipment to perform and assist in repairs and maintenance of municipal infrastructure with a focus on, but not limited to, roads, sidewalks, pathways, parks, and signage.  This position runs equipment such as graders, front-end loaders, sanding/plow trucks, and snow blowers.  Equipment Operator II may also oversee or supervise small projects or tasks with a limited scope.

This position falls within the Collective Bargaining Unit of Local 987 and is subject to all terms and conditions of the collective agreement or subsequent amending Agreements.
