Sunova Centre Programs

In accordance with the current Public Health Order, those over the age of 12 years old that enter the facility for these instructional classes will be required to show proof of immunization & identification
 
Ensure you bring a document that is considered a valid proof of immunization in Manitoba, such as your:
  • Manitoba Immunization Card or QR Code
  • National Defense Canada COVID-19 Vaccine Record / Card
  • Canadian Public Health Association (CPHA) Travel Vaccination Record
  • An official document issued by a Canadian province or territory containing information of a person’s COVID-19 vaccination history

Acceptable government issued ID includes provincial driver’s licenses, provincial health cards, passports, status cards, permanent resident cards, citizenship cards, social insurance cards and birth certificates. Students may also use school-issued student ID cards.
 
Masks are required to be worn indoors, except when engaged in athletic activities

Payment Options for Sunova Centre Programs

Payments accepted in cash or cheque (made payable to the RM of West St. Paul)

Participants are encouraged to pay on-line when possible or drop-off your payment in the drop-box outside the RM of West St. Paul Municipal Office at 3550 Main St. West St. Paul.  Please put payments in an envelope marked with your name and the program you are paying for.

Payment can also be submitted at the first class!


If you bank with a Credit Union an online e-payment can be submitted

How to make an online e-payment:
  • Locate the correct vendor in your online banking list
    • Credit Unions: West St Paul, RM – REC
    • Banks: Code for Banks is not set-up so unfortunately payments from Banking Institutions cannot be submitted online

Join Peg Family Fitness at the Sunova Centre on Mondays!  Do you want to have fun while working out with your baby and/or young child(ren)? Each Giggle & Sweat Stroller Fitness class includes cardio drills, strength training, flexibility, pre/postnatal-specific core exercises, and a few movement-based songs for the babies. These classes also provide an opportunity to connect with other parents!

This class is perfect for women easing back into fitness after baby, for prenatal moms, and for anyone looking to work-out with a baby or young child(ren) in tow! Women should be at least 4 weeks postpartum (or 6 weeks for c-sections). Instructors are certified group fitness instructors through the Manitoba Fitness Council with pre/postnatal specialization. All fitness levels are welcome.

Sunova Pickleball 3.0 – January-March 2022

Only 20 spaces available per Group – NO Drop-Ins or Sub Players permitted!

In order to reserve your spot, the full Registration Fee must be paid and a Sunova Centre Program Registration Form must be completed.  Only 20 registrations will be taken!  


After the maximum capacity of 20 is reached a Waiting List will be created

2 SPOTS OPEN – Recreational Group: 10am-Noon
1 SPOT OPEN – Intermediate Group –  Less than 3.5 Skill Level: 12:15-2:15pm
2 SPOTS OPEN – Competitive Group – 3.5 Skill Level and above: 2:30-4:30pm

Thursday Evening
9 Days of Play – January 13-March 10
6 SPOTS OPEN – All Levels: 4:45-6:45pm

Note: These Pickleball Sessions are open to players with prior knowledge of the game.   Pickleball skills, rules or how to play the game are not taught during any of these sessions, so you need to know HOW TO PLAY in order to participate!  Players must bring their own paddle, water bottle and indoor gym shoes.
